The MiamiBox02G features a 3-way non-shared diverter controlling the overhead rainhead, handshower, and tub spout. Because this is a non-shared configuration, only one water outlet operates at a time. Users can select the overhead rainhead for a relaxing shower, switch to the handshower for targeted rinsing, or direct the water to the tub spout when filling the bathtub. This one-function-at-a-time operation distinguishes the MiamiBox02G from the shared MiamiBox02 configuration.
A generously sized 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead provides broad overhead water coverage. Its elongated rectangular profile complements the square control trim, waterway, and tub spout, creating a strong architectural appearance that works beautifully in modern bathrooms and custom tiled shower installations.
The Black Tub Shower Kit provides two options for positioning the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is included for wall installation. Alternatively, the supplied 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when ceiling installation better suits the bathroom design.
For additional flexibility, Aquabrass includes a three-function push-button handshower offering rain, mist, and jet spray settings. These options make the handshower convenient for everyday showering, targeted rinsing, and bathing assistance. It is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway for a clean and coordinated installation.
A coordinating square tub spout completes the bathtub portion of the system. The tub spout does not include an integrated diverter, as water outlet selection is controlled through the system's 3-way diverter.
The visible control assembly features solid brass square trim with a square handle set. An additional round handle set is also included, allowing one handle style to be selected during installation for greater flexibility when coordinating the bathroom design.
The black finish creates striking contrast against white porcelain, marble-look tile, natural stone, concrete-inspired surfaces, warm wood vanities, and neutral bathroom palettes. Matching black faucets, accessories, mirrors, and hardware can be incorporated throughout the room for a cohesive modern appearance.
This Black Tub Shower Kit uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Due to the concealed plumbing, three water outlets, and diverter configuration, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
