The ShowerBox02 features a 12-inch round ABS rainhead that provides generous overhead water coverage for a comfortable rainfall-inspired shower experience. Its softly rounded profile coordinates naturally with the other curved components throughout the system, creating a clean and consistent appearance across the complete installation.
Aquabrass includes two mounting options for positioning the rainhead. The supplied 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm and matching round flange allow the rainhead to extend comfortably into the shower enclosure from the wall. Alternatively, the included 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when ceiling mounting better suits the bathroom layout and plumbing design.
For greater everyday flexibility, this Black Tub Shower Kit includes a three-function push-button handshower offering rain, mist, and jet spray settings. The handheld design is convenient for everyday bathing, targeted rinsing, and cleaning around the bathtub and shower enclosure. It is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and an adjustable round waterway for convenient positioning.
A coordinating round tub spout without a diverter provides the dedicated water outlet for filling the bathtub. Because the tub spout does not contain its own diverter, water flow between the bathtub and shower functions is managed through the main ShowerBox02 control system.
An important feature of this model is its 3-way non-shared diverter, which controls the overhead rainhead, handshower, and tub spout. The ShowerBox02 is designed to operate one water outlet at a time. Users can switch between the rainhead, handshower, and tub spout, but multiple outlets cannot operate simultaneously. This distinguishes the non-shared ShowerBox02 from the shared ShowerBox02N configuration.
The visible control assembly features solid brass round trim, coordinating with the rainhead, shower arms, handshower, rail, waterway, and tub spout. Aquabrass's Electro Black finish creates a deep, dramatic appearance that contrasts beautifully against white porcelain, marble-look tile, light natural stone, concrete-inspired surfaces, and other neutral bathroom finishes.
This Black Tub Shower Kit requires the Aquabrass T12123 thermostatic rough-in valve, which is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended to ensure correct concealed plumbing, outlet configuration, and system operation.
