The MiamiBox02 features a 3-way shared-function diverter that controls the overhead rainhead, handshower, and tub spout. Its shared configuration supports shared operation between selected outlets, providing greater flexibility within a complete bathtub and shower installation. This makes the system especially well suited to a North American-style bathroom where a bathtub and full shower are incorporated into the same space.
A generously sized 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead provides broad overhead water coverage for a relaxing rainfall-style shower experience. Its elongated rectangular profile complements the square trim and tub spout, creating a clean architectural appearance that works beautifully in modern bathroom renovations.
The Complete Tub Shower Kit includes two different installation options for the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is supplied for wall installation. Alternatively, the included 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when a ceiling installation better suits the bathroom design.
For additional flexibility, a three-function push-button handshower provides rain, mist, and jet spray settings. The handshower is useful for everyday showering, targeted rinsing, and bathing assistance. It is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway for a streamlined and coordinated installation.
A 7-inch square tub spout completes the bathtub portion of the system. The tub spout does not include an integrated diverter, as outlet selection is controlled through the system's 3-way diverter. Its square profile also coordinates naturally with the rainhead and visible control trim.
The control assembly features solid brass square trim with a square handle set. An additional round handle set is included, allowing one of the two handle styles to be selected during installation for greater design flexibility.
Aquabrass's brushed nickel finish provides a softly reflective metallic appearance that is more subdued than polished chrome. It pairs naturally with porcelain, marble-look tile, quartz, natural stone, glass shower enclosures, warm wood vanities, and neutral bathroom palettes.
This Complete Tub Shower Kit uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Due to the concealed plumbing, three water outlets, and shared-function configuration, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
