Specifically designed for compatible Aquabrass magnetic handshower systems, including the HSS376 Magnetic Handshower Set, the concealed assembly supports the finished magnetic docking arrangement. Its in-wall installation allows the separately purchased handshower components to create a clean, streamlined appearance.

Made in Italy from solid brass, the RWAA2BF6ZZ40 provides a durable foundation for the completed shower installation. The concealed body is installed before tile, stone, or another suitable wall finish is applied, keeping its plumbing connection and mounting components hidden from view.

The assembly features a G 1/2-inch water connection for supplying the compatible handshower. Aquabrass specifies a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute, equivalent to approximately 8 litres per minute.

This Magnetic Handshower Rough In includes an integrated housing designed to support the compatible magnetic docking assembly. Mounting tabs allow the concealed body to be secured to suitable in-wall support before the shower wall is permanently closed.

The adjustable installation depth accommodates different wall assemblies and finishing materials. Aquabrass specifies a minimum installation depth of 3-1/4 inches and a maximum of 3-7/8 inches, providing a critical adjustment range of 5/8 inch.

Accurate positioning within this adjustment range is essential for proper alignment with the separately purchased magnetic handshower trim. Installers should account for the thickness of the finished wall surface when establishing the rough-in's final position.

The assembly measures approximately 4-3/4 inches across its mounting width, with a concealed body width of 3-1/2 inches. Its overall height is 4-3/16 inches, while its depth measures 2-3/4 inches.

These dimensions should be considered when preparing the wall cavity and positioning the supporting framework. The integrated mounting tabs must be securely attached to suitable support to maintain the intended alignment of the completed handshower installation.

Because the rough-in becomes concealed after the shower wall is completed, installation should be carefully planned. The water-supply line should be thoroughly flushed before the final connection, and all plumbing connections should be properly installed and tested before the wall is closed.

The RWAA2BF6ZZ40 includes the concealed solid brass rough-in assembly only. The compatible Aquabrass magnetic handshower set, magnetic hook, decorative waterway, flange, handshower, and hose are sold separately. This product is not a complete handshower set and does not include a separate shower mixing valve.

Professional installation by a qualified plumber is recommended. Aquabrass provides a limited lifetime residential manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser and a two-year commercial warranty, subject to its warranty terms.
