Unlike the MiamiBox02 tub and shower system, the MiamiBox03 is designed specifically for a dedicated shower installation and does not include a tub spout. Its 3-way configuration controls three separate shower functions: the overhead rainhead, handshower, and set of three body jets. The shared configuration supports combined operation between selected water outlets, providing additional flexibility when creating your preferred showering experience.
A generously proportioned 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead provides broad overhead water coverage for an immersive rainfall-style shower. Its elongated rectangular profile creates a clean architectural look that coordinates naturally with the square control trim, adjustable waterway, and other components throughout the system.
The Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit also offers two installation options for positioning the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is supplied for traditional wall installation. Alternatively, the included 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when ceiling mounting better complements the shower layout.
For greater everyday versatility, Aquabrass includes a three-function push-button handshower with rain, mist, and jet spray settings. These options provide flexibility for comfortable everyday showering and targeted rinsing. The handshower is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway, providing convenient positioning while maintaining a streamlined appearance.
A defining feature of the MiamiBox03 is the inclusion of three coordinated body jets. These additional water outlets provide targeted water coverage and help create the more immersive, spa-inspired experience that distinguishes this system from MiamiBox configurations incorporating a bathtub spout.
The visible control assembly features solid brass square trim and includes a square handle set. An additional round handle set is also supplied, allowing one of the two handle styles to be selected during installation and making it easier to coordinate the system with the surrounding bathroom design.
Aquabrass's brushed nickel finish provides a softly reflective metallic surface that offers a more understated appearance than highly polished finishes. It pairs beautifully with marble-look porcelain, natural stone, warm wood cabinetry, quartz surfaces, frameless glass enclosures, and neutral bathroom palettes.
This Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the system. Because the installation incorporates concealed plumbing, three separate shower functions, body jets, and shared operation, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
