Unlike the MiamiBox02 tub and shower configuration, the MiamiBox03 is designed specifically for a dedicated shower installation and does not include a tub spout. Its 3-way configuration controls three distinct shower functions: the overhead rainhead, handshower, and set of three body jets. The shared configuration supports combined operation between selected water outlets, giving users greater flexibility when creating their preferred showering experience.
A generously sized 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead provides broad overhead water coverage for an immersive rainfall-style shower. Its elongated rectangular profile complements the square control trim and adjustable waterway, creating a clean architectural appearance that works beautifully in modern and transitional bathroom designs.
The Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit offers two different installation options for positioning the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is supplied for wall installation. Alternatively, the included 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when a ceiling-mounted configuration better suits the shower layout.
For greater everyday versatility, Aquabrass includes a three-function push-button handshower offering rain, mist, and jet spray settings. These different settings provide flexibility for comfortable everyday showering and more targeted rinsing. The handshower is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway for convenient positioning and a coordinated finished appearance.
One of the defining features of the MiamiBox03 is the inclusion of three coordinated body jets. These additional water outlets provide targeted water coverage and contribute to the more immersive, spa-inspired shower experience. They also distinguish the MiamiBox03 from MiamiBox systems that use a bathtub spout as the third water outlet.
The visible control assembly features solid brass square trim and includes a square handle set. An additional round handle set is also supplied, allowing one of the two handle styles to be selected during installation for greater flexibility when coordinating the shower with surrounding bathroom fixtures.
Aquabrass's polished nickel finish provides an elegant reflective surface with warmer metallic undertones than traditional polished chrome. It pairs beautifully with marble-look porcelain, natural stone, quartz surfaces, warm wood cabinetry, frameless glass shower enclosures, and sophisticated neutral bathroom palettes.
This Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the system. Because the installation incorporates concealed plumbing, three shower functions, body jets, and shared operation, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
