The centerpiece of the ShowerBox01 is its 12-inch round ABS rainhead, designed to provide generous overhead water coverage for a comfortable rainfall-inspired shower experience. Its clean circular profile coordinates naturally with the round control trim, shower arms, waterway, and other components throughout the system.
Aquabrass provides two different installation options for the rainhead. The included 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm and matching round flange allow the rainhead to extend comfortably into the shower enclosure from the wall. Alternatively, a 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm is included for bathrooms where positioning the rainhead directly overhead better suits the layout and plumbing design.
For greater everyday flexibility, this Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit also includes a three-function push-button handshower. Users can choose between rain, mist, and jet spray settings depending on their preferred shower experience. The handshower is mounted on a 28-inch overall shower rail, making it convenient for everyday bathing, targeted rinsing, and cleaning the shower enclosure.
An adjustable round waterway connects the handshower while maintaining the system's consistent curved design language. Together, the handshower and rainhead provide two distinct shower outlets without adding unnecessary visual complexity to the enclosure.
The ShowerBox01 features a 2-way shared diverter controlling the overhead rainhead and handshower. Because this is a shared configuration, the two outlets can be operated independently or simultaneously when the household plumbing system and available water pressure support combined operation. This provides additional flexibility compared with a non-shared system that limits operation to one outlet at a time.
The visible control assembly features solid brass round trim, coordinating with the circular rainhead, round shower arms, and waterway. Aquabrass's polished chrome finish provides a bright, reflective surface that pairs beautifully with porcelain tile, marble-look surfaces, natural stone, quartz, frameless glass shower enclosures, and matching chrome bathroom fixtures.
This Thermostatic Rain Shower Kit is designed for use with the Aquabrass T12123 thermostatic rough-in valve, which is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Because the system requires concealed plumbing and correct installation of the shared diverter, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
