The MiamiBox02 features a 3-way shared-function diverter controlling the overhead rainhead, handshower, and tub spout. Its shared configuration supports shared operation between selected outlets, providing greater flexibility than a non-shared system while bringing the primary bathing and showering functions together within one coordinated installation.
A generously sized 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead delivers broad overhead water coverage for a relaxing rainfall-style shower. Its elongated rectangular shape complements the square trim, waterway, and tub spout, giving the complete installation a clean architectural appearance suitable for modern bathroom renovations.
The Thermostatic Tub Shower Kit also provides flexibility when positioning the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is included for wall installation. Alternatively, the supplied 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be positioned directly overhead when ceiling installation better suits the bathroom layout.
For additional showering flexibility, Aquabrass includes a three-function push-button handshower with rain, mist, and jet spray settings. The different spray options accommodate everyday showering and more targeted rinsing. A 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway keep the handshower conveniently accessible while maintaining the coordinated appearance of the system.
Unlike the shower-only MiamiBox01 configurations, the MiamiBox02 includes a 7-inch square tub spout to complete a combined bathtub and shower installation. The tub spout does not have an integrated diverter, as water outlet selection is controlled through the system's 3-way diverter.
The visible control assembly features solid brass square trim and includes a square handle set. An additional round handle set is also supplied, allowing one handle style to be selected during installation and giving homeowners or designers additional flexibility when coordinating the bathroom fixtures.
The polished chrome finish creates a bright, reflective appearance that pairs beautifully with white porcelain, marble-look tile, quartz, natural stone, glass shower enclosures, and a wide range of bathroom colour palettes. Its versatility also makes coordinating other chrome bathroom fixtures and accessories straightforward.
The system uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Due to the concealed plumbing, three water outlets, and shared-function configuration, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
