The MiamiBox02G features a 3-way non-shared diverter controlling the overhead rainhead, handshower, and tub spout. Because this is a non-shared configuration, only one water outlet operates at a time. Users can select the rainhead for an overhead shower, switch to the handshower for more targeted rinsing, or direct the water to the tub spout when filling the bathtub. This one-function-at-a-time operation distinguishes the MiamiBox02G from the shared MiamiBox02 configuration.
A generously sized 14-inch by 8-inch rectangular ABS rainhead provides broad overhead water coverage for a relaxing rainfall-style shower experience. Its elongated rectangular shape complements the square control trim, waterway, and tub spout, creating a clean architectural appearance suitable for modern bathroom renovations.
The Thermostatic Tub Shower Kit provides two installation options for positioning the overhead rainhead. An 18-inch round wall-mount shower arm with a square flange is included for wall installation. Alternatively, the supplied 4-inch round ceiling-mount shower arm allows the rainhead to be installed directly overhead when ceiling mounting better suits the bathroom layout.
For greater everyday versatility, the system includes a three-function push-button handshower offering rain, mist, and jet spray settings. These options provide flexibility for comfortable showering, targeted rinsing, and bathing assistance. The handshower is paired with a 28-inch overall shower rail and adjustable square waterway for a streamlined, coordinated installation.
A coordinating square tub spout completes the bathtub portion of the MiamiBox02G. The tub spout does not include an integrated diverter, as water outlet selection is controlled through the system's 3-way diverter.
The visible control assembly features solid brass square trim and includes a square handle set. An additional round handle set is also supplied, allowing one of the two handle styles to be selected during installation for greater design flexibility.
Aquabrass's brushed nickel finish provides a softly reflective metallic appearance that is more subdued than polished chrome. It coordinates naturally with porcelain, marble-look tile, quartz, natural stone, warm wood cabinetry, frameless glass enclosures, and a wide range of neutral bathroom palettes.
This Thermostatic Tub Shower Kit uses 1/2-inch NPT connections. Please note that the required Aquabrass T12123 Uniplex thermostatic rough-in valve is sold separately and must be purchased separately to complete the installation. Due to the concealed plumbing, three water outlets, and diverter configuration, professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended.
