Create a concealed foundation for a two-handle bathroom faucet with the Aquabrass RWAA3A60ZZ02 Solid Brass 8-Inch Two-Handle Wall-Mount Faucet Rough-In. Designed for installation behind the finished bathroom wall, this Wall Mount Faucet Valve supports a three-piece faucet arrangement with separate hot and cold handles and a centrally positioned spout.

The concealed assembly is designed for compatible Aquabrass wall-mounted faucets with an 8-inch centre-to-centre configuration. Its separate hot and cold controls allow each water supply to be adjusted independently, while the central outlet directs mixed water toward the wall-mounted faucet spout.

Constructed from solid brass, the valve body provides a durable foundation for the completed faucet installation. The concealed arrangement keeps the functional plumbing components behind the wall, leaving the separately purchased handles and spout visible above the bathroom sink.

This Wall Mount Faucet Valve includes two replaceable cartridges. The hot-water cartridge is identified by Aquabrass as ABCA30911, while the cold-water cartridge is ABCA30921. Their separate design allows the corresponding components to be identified when servicing is required.

The assembly features dedicated 1/2-inch NPT hot- and cold-water inlets positioned beneath the concealed valve body. A central mixed-water outlet connects to the compatible wall-mounted faucet spout, completing the three-piece faucet arrangement.

With its specified 8-inch centre-to-centre configuration, the rough-in provides the required spacing for compatible Aquabrass two-handle faucet trim. The overall valve body measures approximately 8-1/16 inches wide and 2-3/8 inches high.

An adjustable installation depth accommodates different wall assemblies and finishing materials. Aquabrass specifies a minimum installation depth of 2-3/4 inches and a maximum of 3-3/8 inches, providing a 5/8-inch adjustment range for positioning the concealed valve.

The RWAA3A60ZZ02 is designed for installation against suitable wood support. Proper backing helps maintain the valve's position and alignment during construction and after the decorative faucet components have been installed.

Before completing the bathroom wall, installers should confirm the required faucet spacing, installation depth, and compatibility with the selected Aquabrass trim. Accurate positioning is particularly important because the concealed plumbing becomes difficult to access once the finished wall is closed.

Water-supply lines should be thoroughly flushed, and all plumbing connections should be securely installed and pressure-tested before the final wall finish is completed. Professional installation by a qualified plumber is recommended.

This rough-in includes the concealed solid brass valve assembly and its dedicated hot- and cold-water cartridges. Decorative faucet handles, the wall-mounted spout, escutcheons, drain, supply piping, and other visible components are sold separately.

Aquabrass provides a limited lifetime residential manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser and a two-year commercial warranty, subject to its warranty terms.
